  • When is the ideal time to send my wedding invitations?
    Save The Dates: 4 - 6 months before your wedding Invitations: 6 - 8 weeks before your wedding Destination Wedding: At least 3 months before your wedding Tip: For international guests, send the invitation at least 3 months before the wedding date.
  • Which of your wedding invitation packages is right for me?
    Luxe (Bespoke) – All elements of the suite can be fully customized. For couples who desire to have a one-of-a-kind stationery suite, specially created to showcase their vision and style. Grand (House) Package – Changes to the design are possible. For couples who desire the uniqueness of custom designs but prefer a shorter lead time, and minimal investment than bespoke. It features a selection of pre-made wedding invitation designs which can be customized to reflect the couple's unique style. Classic (Boutique) Package – No changes to design, only couples information is edited. For couples who need the quickest turn-around time and have a modest budget. It features a selection of pre-made, ready-to-print wedding invitation designs with different styles to suit the couple’s tastes.
  • How long until I get my hands on my stationery?
    Note: Timelines are subject to change depending on design complexity and level of customization. Production time refers to the time taken to print and assemble your paper goods. It does NOT include design and review time. Luxe (Bespoke) – at least 4 weeks of production after design is approved. (Get in touch at least 6 weeks before the date you’d like to send out your invitations) Grand (House) – around 2 - 3 weeks of production after design is approved. (Get in touch at least 4 weeks before the date you’d like to send out your invitations) Classic (Boutique) – around 1 - 2 weeks of production after design is approved. (Get in touch at least 2 weeks before the date you’d like to send out your invitations) On the Day Stationery – at least 1 week of production after design is approved. (Kindly book at least 3 weeks before your big day)
  • I have seen a design I like, can you copy it?
    MPS works in respect of copyright legislation and will not copy someone else’s design. We can however discuss what it is you like about that design and get inspired by that to create your own.
  • I messed up my quantities, can I order a few more invitations?
    Yes you can. However, we recommend that you order at least 10 extra invitations during booking, to account for last minute changes or any errors that may arise during addressing.
  • What kind of printing options do you offer?
    Digital/Flat Printing: Full color option which is suitable for most designs. It is also the most cost-effective and has the quickest turn-around time. Foiling: Adds a metallic/shiny accent to your design for an elegant look (adds at least 1 week to production time) Letterpress: Uses metal plates to press the ink onto the paper which leaves an impression and texture on the card (adds at least 2 weeks to production time) Kindly get in touch for non-paper invitation options.
  • What are the booking and payment terms?
    In order to confirm your booking, a 50% deposit (of the total fee) is required. For Luxe (Bespoke) invitations, an electronically signed design contract is also required to confirm booking. The 50% balance (of the total fee) is due before the items are delivered.
  • What happens if there is an error?
    Kindly double-check and review all the final proofs for any errors before we send them to print. Once you have given your final approval, any errors will be corrected at the couple's expense. However if there is an error on our part, we will do our best to correct the problem.
  • What is your cancellation, return or refund policy?
    For non-customized items in the store Kindly contact us right away if there is a need to cancel your order. We do not offer refunds on our products. We do accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order (at your expense) provided the product is still in exceptional condition. For customized stationery Kindly contact us right away if there is a need to cancel your order. We do not accept returns due to the personalized nature of the stationery. However if there is an error on our part, we will do our best to correct the problem. Please note that 30% of the initial deposit is non-refundable should you cancel the order once we have already began the design and/or production process.
